John Scroggins, President of Weaver Strategies, has served as full time or contracted marketing manager and business consultant/coach for different companies, creating marketing departments from scratch, developing the strategic plan, and then executing them all the way down to the tactical levels. John first started in management consulting in 2001 after earning his MBA from Ashland University. His undergraduate business degree in Production and Operations Management is from the Ohio State University. He earned his Certified Production and Inventory Manager certification and Certified Purchasing Manager certification shortly afterwards. He holds a certificate in Biblical Studies from Rosedale Bible Institute. John is a member of the Young Executive Board at the Capital Club and is Founder and Director of the WAM House, www.wamhouse.org, a non-profit, faith-oriented specialized training organization.
International travel, hunting, reading, hiking and woodworking are among the many things John enjoys spending his "extra" time on. He resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife.

Bob Ostrander.
 Founder of Saving Without Sacrifice (www.savingwithoutsacrifice.net). Mr. Ostrander has been involved in the practice of financial planning for over 40 years. He holds multiple financial industry licenses including Series 7, 24, and 63 in addition to his Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation. Bob is licensed in many states for Life, Accident, Health Insurance and Annuities and licensed in the state of Ohio for Property and Casualty Insurance. Mr. Ostrander earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Otterbein College and has taught financial planning at The Ohio State University and Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.

Bob has presented seminars to numerous corporations throughout his career, is involved with several volunteer programs, and has made regular presentations on both television and radio. Mr. Ostrander has also been or is a member of the Board of Directors for multiple companies, both public and not-for-profit.

Bob is an expert with cost containment strategies and employee benefits. He has also helped take private business public and been involved in over 100 start-ups across many industries.

Mr. Ostrander has been happily married for over 38 years to his lovely wife Debbie. He has three grown children.

Tim Kight. Founder and CEO of Focus 3. A dynamic communicator, Tim combines a unique background of research and market experience to bring practical insights to the challenges of leadership, management, and individual and organizational performance in today's competitive marketplace. Mr. Kight is author of the Performance Driver Model, The R Factor, Leader's Edge, Making the Connection, and Breakthrough Selling. Some of his materials are being translated into Mandarin Chinese for application in China. Tim's undergraduate studies were at Ohio State University and UCLA. Alec is on the Advisory Board of Thirst Relief International, a charity providing clean drinking water to developing countries, has served as the leader of “God’s Business” for over 6 years, an entrepreneurial-based small group at Vineyard Church and has also served as a board member of Project Help, a clothing ministry to the poor in Columbus.
